The Opportunity

We have a busy and established Business Support and Finance desk within South Wales with a strong database of both clients and candidates.

The Role

  • Identify and form relationships with new business contacts that employ staff within your vertical

  • Leading from the front you will be a new business developer that contributes to the monthly revenue income of the office by achieving or exceeding your monthly targets

  • To identify market opportunities by pro-actively seeking new opportunities to network with local businesses

  • Internally identify opportunities to cross-sell across divisions

  • You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and strong performance of your market sector by consistently exceeding clients expectations

  • Directly impacting the office success, you will drive the growth of this region and ultimately dictate your own future opportunities

     

     

    Experience Required

  • Proven recruitment experience (ideally on a temp desk)

  • Ability to hit £10k targets per month consistently

  • Ideally you will have an established client base and will have made a name for yourself as an industry specialist

  • Enthusiasm and initiative are pre-requisites for the role

  • Self-motivated, you will be pro-active and prepared to find solutions as opposed to dwell on problems
