We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work within our highly successful Legal division. The division continues to grow from strength to strength and is the exclusive recruitment partner for both the Cardiff and District Law Society and the Junior Law Division for Cardiff.

The role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work within our highly successful Legal division. The division continues to grow from strength to strength and is the exclusive recruitment partner for both the Cardiff and District Law Society and the Junior Law Division for Cardiff. 

 

Responsibilities

Working alongside your Divisional Head you will be responsible for: 

  • Use your personality to build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, whilst proving a bespoke and professional service.
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
  • Leading new business development within the Legal division. You will swiftly hit and exceed your defined fee and activity targets, working with clients and candidates professionally and with purpose.
  • Identifying, approaching and sourcing potential candidates through a variety of attraction methods as part of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Building your client and candidate base through attending and hosting targeted networking events.  
  • Acting as the "go-to" in your business area, developing a specialist knowledge of the legal market.

Desirable skills and experience

  • Proven recruitment experience with demonstrable success.
  • Evidence of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets from within the recruitment or sales industry.
  • A legal background is highly desirable for this position with either industry experience or a law related degree.
  • You will be proficient in the use of IT systems, including a working knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems.
  • You will hold a full driving licence.
