Administrator - Sunderland - Immediate start - 14 hours a week

What the Regional Administrator will be doing
The ideal Administrator will be responsible for

* Assist wit the answering of incoming calls and re-direct when required

* Engage with members and stakeholders

* Upload correspondence

* Open, maintain and close member's case files on the RCN's Case Management System (CMS)

What the successful Administrator will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has

* Who has excellent written and verbal skills

* Has a good proficiency in relation to Microsoft packages

* Has a familiarity with CRM systems

What you will be getting in return
