Yolk are working exclusively with a National Client with an office in Cardiff that are paying national salaries and all the work is non panel.
The firm have modern luxurious offices in Cardiff and allow you to work as many days from home as fits in with your own lifestyle and schedule.
We met with them on Friday and asked some of their existing solicitors in private what they thought of working there and they responded with “flexibility and working relationships they have as well as support. Always feel valued and said best place they’ve worked at so far”, some of them had long careers of 20 years!
They cap all of their file loads at a maximum of 60 and will turn work away rather than overload the fee earner. There are also other routes to explore for example you could become one of their Legal Managers work in compliance team etc.
This is what you’ll be doing
As a conveyancing solicitor you will:-
- Dealing with a limited number of files from inception to completion, liaising constantly with interested parties and ensuring adherence to agreed policies and timescales
- Managing a full caseload with all aspects of conveyancing with minimal supervision, as well as using a case management system
- Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients ensuring that their needs are fulfilled to the best of your ability
- Excellent client care and communication skills, able to deliver a first-class client service and achieve client satisfaction across the board
- Accurate keyboard skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Can adapt to constantly changing requirements and deadlines, able to prioritise a varied workload under pressure in a busy environment and ensure targets and deadlines are met
- Versatile and flexible, able to work individually and as part of a team

Salaries are banded accordingly on individual experience
- Band 3- 30-40k
- Band 4- 40k
- Band 5- 42-55k
- Fund CLC and looking into funding SQE route
