Job Summary:
Looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee online sales and digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the businesses e-commerce platform, increase online sales, and strengthen the brands presence in the digital space.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through various online channels.
E-Commerce Platform Management: Manage and optimise the e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless customer experience, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to enhance website usability, improve conversion rates, and maximise sales.
SEO and SEM: Lead efforts to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and manage paid advertising campaigns to achieve targeted ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online customer behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
