Associate Solicitor - Employment - Cardiff, Swansea or Newport
£45,000 - £70,000
We have exciting opportunities for Employment Associate Solicitors to join our client's busy Commercial Services team across Wales. The roles offer the opportunity to work on a broad range of employment work for a variety of both local and national clients. This position is open to candidates of varying PQE as capability and character are key to these appointments
You will be offering support to the firm's Corporate Commercial team and will also be working in all areas of contentious and advisory employment law such as tribunals, TUPE, dismissals and settlements. This role would suit someone who is looking for career progression and the opportunity to play a lead role in the future development of the team.
The successful candidate should have:
- The ability to manage and prioritise a significant workload
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work on their own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- An enthusiasm about business development opportunities
