Yolk Recruitment are currently hiring and an SC Cleared EUC Engineer to support our client during a critical digital transformation on an initial 6 month contract with likely extension.
You will focus on delivering excellent support and management of end-user computing environments, leveraging modern technologies such as Intune, Jamf, Apple devices, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and supporting a diverse range of devices and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security across the organisation.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
- Proven experience in EUC support or similar roles with a focus on Apple and Windows ecosystems.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro for device management.
- Strong understanding of macOS, iOS, Windows 10/11, and Android operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of endpoint security tools and practices.
- Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles.
