The Opportunity
Join a dynamic large but dynamic organisation as an Executive Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting senior leadership. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-level operations while working in a professional and fast-paced environment. This is a 12month Fixed Term position based in Sketty, Swansea but offers plenty of opportunity longer term with this large employer.
What you'll be doing
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior managers.
- Manage diaries, emails, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and record minutes accurately.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure compliance with GDPR.
What the successful Executive Assistant will bring to the team
We're seeking a candidate with:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
