This is what you'll be doing:
- Assist with incoming telephone communications, ensuring prompt and professional handling of calls.
- Prepare and transcribe various legal documents, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Effectively manage client interactions, providing a high level of service and accurate information gathering.
- Collaborate with fee earners to ensure efficient execution of work, managing workload effectively.
- Maintain meticulous file management, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and archiving files appropriately.
The experience you'll bring to the team:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within Family & Litigation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and routine responsibilities independently.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including case management systems and document processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a courteous and professional approach.
