YOLK Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join an exciting Professional Services company with a fantastic reputation based in Newport. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:
£25,000 - £30,000 plus excellent benefits
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Administer the Holiday Calendar for the administration & management team
- Assist in setting up new employees on the payroll software
- Assisting the set up of new employees with pension information and setting up deductions
- Processing leavers on the payroll system
- Process expenses on the payroll system
- Process Deductions on the payroll system
- Assist in submitting pensions schedules
- Process DBS checks for staff
- Produce monthly reporting for DBS & RTW to ensure staff are compliant
Person specification:
- Minimum 18 months payroll experience
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Clear & precise communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial colleagues and managers whilst being a proactive and self-motivated member of the finance team
