In this pivotal position, you'll be at the helm of introducing both new and existing products to our Blaenavon site. This role isn't just about projects; it's about shaping the evolution of products and processes.

Not confined to new projects, you'll delve into existing products, working hand-in-hand with the quality team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Your mission: Justify to customers the tangible benefits of enhancing existing processes, ultimately elevating product quality and overall efficiency.

  • Liaise with internal departments to guarantee that NPI parts follow the agreed-upon path with customers.
  • Take charge of collating and distributing the weekly NPI report to senior management, design, technical, planning, purchasing, and sales teams.

And this is what you'll need:

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrate Project Management capability.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

And this is what you'll get in return:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Early finish Fridays.
  • Xmas shut down.
