Quality Technician

As a Quality Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring that every product meets the rigorous standards that have built this brand's stellar reputation.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct detailed inspections of all products to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and quality improvement.
• Record, investigate, and resolve customer complaints and warranty concerns, collaborating with the SSE team where necessary.
• Collect, analyse, and report test data, identifying areas for improvement and driving quality enhancements.
• Ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Identify and implement improvements in quality control processes, contributing to the overall success of the business.

• Proven experience in a quality-focused role within an ISO 9001 or similar accredited company.
• Customer-focused with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
