Senior Inspector - Moerdijk, Netherlands - 29 months (extensions likely) - €100 per hour- one stage interview - Sector: Energy

Yolk recruitment is recruiting for Senior Inspector to work with a global energy giant to perform inspections of pressure equipment in there SNC installations.

The aim is to monitor and optimise the technical integrity of installations and to minimise incidents that may result in damage to people, the environment and installations. Monitoring and optimising the technical integrity of pressure equipment and structures in the SNC installations.

Responsibilities:

• Performing and reporting inspections in the context of the asset annual plan
• Functional management of inspector(s)
• Drawing up inspection plans and optimized strategies for equipment and piping systems
• Ensuring compliance on permits (VVHs)
• Compliance on IMS schedules in collaboration with asset (zero overdues) Escalation in the event of integrity risks
• Performing physical inspections on pressurized and HSE critical equipment
• Setting up and managing inspection strategies in IMS
• Determining EOL assessments regarding repairs and/or changes to be carried out Conducting RCA studies to identify the causes of problems or failures Managing and optimising S-RBI data
• Processing inspection results and reports and submitting them to the NL-CBI
• Turnaround 2026 preparation and execution as lead inspector
• Assessing changes/plant changes
• Management of departmental and asset KPIs around PEI related topics.

Experience Required:

• HBO WTB or equivalent
• Education and certificate SKK level 3
• VCA-vol General knowledge and experience:
• General knowledge of (petro) chemical installations
• Knowledge of degradation mechanisms
• Knowledge of risk-based inspection (S-RBI)
• Broad knowledge of national legislation (WBDA/PRD) regarding pressure equipment
• Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
• At least 5 to 10 years of demonstrable experience in the petrochemical industry, in an (inspection) technical position
• Broad knowledge regarding the applicability of inspection and NDT techniques
• Knowledge of assessment of critical use conditions and FFS
