What You'll Be Doing:

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices and handling payment runs
• Maintaining accurate records of all payments and transactions
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to manage queries efficiently
• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting tasks
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc duties as required
