Service Desk Analyst/Lead - £30,000 to £40,000 - Cardiff + Bristol

Yolk is pleased to partner with an award-winning self-service technology provider who supply businesses across the UK with continued plans for growth.

We're looking for a motivated person to join an established team, willing to take on a Service Desk Lead role further down the line.

This is what you'll be doing:

Working on a shift basis with the support team (8 till 2pm or 2 till 8pm) you'll:

• Deliver professional customer service and ensure a fast and efficient response
• Manage case notes on an internal CRM
• Answer inbound emails and calls regarding support issues
• Work closely with other members of the team and escalate cases when needed
• As a lead you'd also be the point of contact for escalations and help mentor junior members of the team
• Upgrading sites remotely

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• Excellent knowledge of Windows/Android operating systems
• ITIL V3/V4 background
• Comfortable troubleshooting hardware/handheld devices
• Strong Technical Support experience ideally within a similar environment
• Experience of MS SQL

This is a permanent role with the expectation of working in the South Wales and Bristol sites throughout the week. You'd operate on a shift basis (see above) with 1 day WFH.
