Customer Service Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging with customers via phone and email to coordinate deliveries.
• Tracking orders and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer service experience (face-to-face, phone, or email).
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

What's in It for You?

• Length of Contract: Fixed Term for 1 year.
• Salary: £26,000 per year
• Hours: Monday - Friday , fully working onsite in a team.
• Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, Christmas closure.
